After thorough study the participant will understand basic knowledge of audit management, skills required conducting a safety audit, introducing basic interviewing & evidence gathering, able to write an audit finding and give some practical experience through case studies and others class assignments

Operations Personnel have knowledge, skills and work experience needed to effectively assess areas of the management system and operations that will be audited such as Flight Crew, Flight Attendant, Flight Operation Officer, Engineer or equivalent experience in aviation management are nominated by Departmental manager.
